The six course table d'hôte menu commences with a presentation of a variety of appetizers, followed by a hot brioche roll served with the chef's pate and a smoked salmon and caviar mousse.
A choice of many entrees is then offered, including weekly specials. A sorbet au Champagne gives a refreshing pause before making a difficult decision on which Main Course to order. The last challenge for the evening is making the choice from one of Alain's artistically crafted desserts.
